Active ingredient: Indian psyllium husk (finely ground)

Zirkulin ground psyllium husks are a vegetable swelling agent with Orange flavor to stir into cold or warm water. The seed shells of Indian psyllium have a high content of soluble and very well swellable roughage. The bowls promote that natural digestion and gut health. They can be up to 40 times their own Bind weight to liquid and guide it into the intestine. The liquid intake increases the intestinal contents and becomes softer. The advantage over other fiber suppliers, such as wheat bran or linseed, is the particularly high swelling capacity and the additional content of mucilage, which also swell in the intestines and contribute to a more comfortable passage of the stool through the intestines. Ground psyllium husks are filling and well tolerated. They are suitable for long-term use and do not lead to a habituation effect.

Application
Mix 3 g (approx. 1 heaped teaspoon) in approx. 150 ml water twice a day, let it swell for a short time (1-2 minutes) and drink. Then drink 1-2 more glasses of liquid. A tried-and-tested preparation is stirring it into muesli, yoghurt or quark, for example. It should be noted that you should drink 1-2 glasses of water afterwards, to ensure adequate fluid intake. (The shells swell less in milk than in water, the extra water can cause the shells to swell in the stomach).

Indian psyllium husk (finely ground) (67%), corn dextrin (24%), acidifier citric acid, natural orange flavor, food coloring natural paprika extract, sweetener sucralose.

This dietary supplement is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
Keep this product out of the reach of children. When eating is on a plentiful Fluid intake should be observed, since dietary fiber binds water and decreases if fluid intake is too low can lead to intestinal obstruction. There should be an interval of about 1 hour after taking medicine be respected.
