Yokebe Classic Nf Powder (pack size: 500 g) is a special combination of high-quality proteins, honey, important vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) and vitamin B12 support normal energy metabolism and vitamin B6 normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

Preparation for a weight control diet:

As a meal replacement, stir 40 g Yokebe Classic (5 level measuring spoons) into 200 ml low-fat milk (1.5% fat) and ½ teaspoon (1.5 g) vegetable oil with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids (sunflower, safflower or grape seed oil) are added. Please always put the milk in the shaker first and only then the powder. Stir or shake the mixture well. It is necessary to follow the preparation instructions
