Helps very quickly against aches and wounds. Because the toothpaste doesn't foam and doesn't taste particularly refreshing, I use it on the toothbrush together with Sensodyne.

I can highly recommend the toothpaste. It strengthens the gums and prevents inflammation. Even helps with minor infections.

Very good toothpaste. The taste takes some getting used to at first! Great effect on plaque and especially for gum care.
