Field of use

Vomex A Travel 50 mg of sublingual tablets (pack size: 10 pc) is used for: - Prevention and treatment of travel dubes (e.g. seasickness tanks) [bei Erwachsenen und Kindern über 12 Jahren]

The daily dose should not exceed 400 mg.

Contradictions

dosage

Application recommendation of Vomex A Travel 50 mg of sublingual tablets (pack size: 10 pc): Take 1–2 sublingual tablets (50 mg to 100 mg) 3 or 4 times a day.

This medicine is sublingual (by giving it up under the tongue until it dissolves without water).

Don't chew or swallow.

The first dose should be taken at least 30 to 60 minutes before the trip.

Taking

• To prophylaxis of the travel sickness, the first gift takes place about ½ - 1 hour before the start of the trip. To treat nausea and vomiting, the gifts are distributed over the day at regular intervals.

    • chronic breathing difficulties and asthma,

  • In these cases, the drug may only be taken after consultation with the doctor.
  • Children
    • The dragees should not be used in children under the age of 6. Special low dose forms are available for this.

• Wateriness and ability to operate machines
  • Sleepiness, memory disorders and reduced ability to concentrate can have a negative impact on the ability to drive or the ability to work with machines. This applies in particular to inadequate sleeping time, when treating treatment and preparation change as well as in interaction with alcohol.

Pregnancy

  • Dimenhydrinate, the active ingredient, can lead to triggering premature labor. The safety of the dragees during pregnancy is not proven. A risk cannot be ruled out for dimen hydrinate due to clinical data. You may only take dimen hydrinate after consulting your doctor and only if he considers an intake necessary.
• Breastfeeding
  • Dimenhydrinate, the active ingredient, passes into breast milk. The safety of an application during breastfeeding is not proven. Since undesirable effects, such as increased restlessness, cannot be excluded to the breastfed child, they should not take the preparation either during breastfeeding or stop taking it during the time of taking it.
