Voltaren Dolo Liquid 25 mg soft capsules with Diclofenac, 20 pcs. - The Voltarensoft capsule with light to moderately severe pain.

Voltaren Dolo Liquid soft capsules contain the active ingredient diclofenac already in dissolved form for a particularly fast recording.

How is it used?

Active ingredients / ingredients / ingredients

The active ingredient is:

Diclofenac potassium 25 mg per soft capsule.

The other components are: Macrogol 600; Gelatin; Glycerol 85 %; purified water; Sorbitol liquid; partially dehydrated (contains sorbitan, mannitol); Color (E 104)

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be taken
  • if you are hypersensitive (allergic) against the active ingredient diclofenac or one of the other components of the drug;
  • if you have shown an allergic reaction to medicinal products for the treatment of pain, inflammation or fever, such as diclofenac, ibuprofen or acetylsalicylic acid (is also used to prevent blood clots). Allergic reactions can be: asthma, whistling or panting breathing, rash, facial swelling, running nose. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure;
  • in the event of existing or past stomach or intestinal ulcers;
  • if you have noticed blood in the stool or taille (symptoms of gastrointestinal bleeding);
  • in severe kidney or liver diseases;
  • with severe heart muscle weakness (heart failure);
  • in the last three months of pregnancy.
• Inform your doctor or pharmacist if one of the points listed above applies to you, since the medicine is not suitable for you in this case.

dosage

Application and dosage of Voltaren Dolo Liquid 25mg soft capsule with diclofenac (pack size: 20 pc):

At the beginning, take a soft capsule Voltaren Dolo Liquid, then one more four to six hours as required and level of pain. The maximum amount is three soft capsules per day (corresponds to 75 mg diclofenac potassium).

It is best to swallow the soft capsule 1-2 hours before eating Unzukaut with sufficient liquid.

Without consultation with the doctor, Voltaren Dolo Liquid may not be taken for more than four days for slight to moderate pain, only three days for fever.
In the event of stronger or longer complaints, you should always clarify the causes or therapy with your doctor.

Taking

• The soft capsules should be taken with sufficient liquid (e.g. a glass of water). In order to achieve the best possible effectiveness, the soft capsules should be taken before eating.

• Warnings and Precautions
  • Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking the medicine,
    • if you have already occurred gastrointestinal complaints such as stomach ulcer, bleeding or taling;
    • if you earlier after taking pain- or have suffered rheumatics on stomach problems or heartburn;
    • for intestinal problems;
    • if other pain or rheumatism;
    • for asthma, kidney or liver dysfunction;
    • in the case of high blood pressure or weakness in the heart (heart failure). Signs for this can be swollen legs, among other things;
    • if you easily dehydrate (e.g. due to an illness, diarrhea or after larger surgical interventions);
    • for bleeding disorders or other blood diseases including a rare liver disease, which is called hepatic porphyria.
  • Effects on the cardiovascular system
    • Medicines like this may be associated with a slightly increased risk of heart attacks ("heart attack") or stroke. Any risk is more likely to be with high doses and longer treatment.
    • Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration of treatment (with light to moderately severe pain: 4 days or for fever: 3 days).
    • If you have heart problems or a previous stroke or think that you could have a risk for these diseases (e.g. if you have high blood pressure, diabetes or high cholesterol or smokers), you should discuss your treatment with your doctor or pharmacist.
  • Skin reactions
    • Under NSAR therapy, serious skin reactions with redness and bladder formation, some with a fatal outcome, were reported (exfediative dermatitis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis/lyell syndrome). The highest risk of such reactions seems to exist at the beginning of therapy, since these reactions occurred in the majority of cases in the first month of treatment. At the first sign of rashes, mucosal lesions or other signs of a hypersensitivity reaction, the medicine should be discontinued and the doctor should be consulted immediately.
  • Older patients
    • In older patients, side effects occur more frequently after using NSAR, in particular bleeding and breakthroughs in the stomach and intestinal area, which may be life-threatening. Therefore, particularly careful medical monitoring is required in older patients.
  • Children and adolescents
    • Children and adolescents under the age of 14 must not take the drug because there are no sufficient experiences.
  • Other information
    • Side effects can be reduced by using the lowest effective dose via the shortest period required for symptom control.
    • If painkillers are not dosed for a long time, headaches can occur, which may not be treated by increased doses of the drug. Ask your doctor for advice if you often suffer from headache despite taking the drug.
    • In general, the habitual intake of pain relievers, especially when combining several pain relieving active ingredients, can lead to permanent kidney damage with the risk of kidney failure (analgesic nephropathy).
    • When traveling for travel, especially the tropics, a doctor should be consulted for fundamental medical considerations. The medicine can reduce the symptoms of infection (e.g. headache, increased temperature) and thereby make the diagnosis more difficult. If you feel uncomfortable and visit a doctor, please remember to inform him about taking the drug.

 

• Wateriness and ability to operate machines
  • Usually there are no effects on the ability to carry a vehicle or operate a machine within the recommended low dosage and the short treatment period.
  • As with other painkillers, visual disturbances, drowsiness, dizziness or sleepiness can occur in rare cases. If you are affected by these side effects, you should refrain from driving a motor vehicle or operating machines. Please inform your doctor immediately.

Pregnancy

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or Wif you suspect that you are pregnant or intend to get pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
• There are no sufficient experiences for humans about the safety of an application in pregnancy.
• If pregnancy is determined during the application of the drug, the doctor must be notified.
• You may only apply the medicine in the first and second thirds of pregnancy after consultation with your doctor.
• In the last third of pregnancy, Diclofenac must not be used at birth due to an increased risk of complications for mother and child.
• Do not take the drug during breastfeeding because the medicine could harm the infant.
• Fertility
  • The medicine belongs to a group of drugs (NSAID) that can affect the fertility of women. This effect is reversible after stopping the drug (reversible).
