Field of use

Sleep disorders are not uncommon, many of the adults sometimes have no peace at night, which shows with problems or sleep problems. With Vivinox® Sleep Sleeping Dragees can be quickly resolved for short -term treatment due to internal restlessness. With the diphenhydramine, which has been proven and well tolerated for decades

Mode of action

Sufficient sleep is a basic requirement for health and performance. If the relaxing sleep is missing, we quickly get into a cycle of nervous unrest, fatigue and lack of concentration during the day and long governing nights. Vivinox® Sleep Sleeping Dragees can help to interrupt this spiral and to find a balanced day-night rhythm again.

Vivinox Sleep Sleep drage (pack size: 20 STK) contains:

The active ingredient is: diphenhydramine hydrochloride.

The other components are: Lactose monohydrate; Magnesium stear (Ph.Eur.); Microcrystalline cellulose; Cornstarch; Arab rubber; Sucrose; Talc; Macrogol 6000; Macrogolstear (Ph.Eur.); Titanium dioxide; Calcium carbonate; Travel strength; wheatstrength; purified water.

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be taken,
  • in case of hypersensitivity to the active ingredient diphenhydramine hydrochloride, compared to other antihistamines or one of the other components of the drug,
  • with acute asthma,
  • with green star (Engwinklaucom),
  • for certain tumors of the adrenal cord (Phäochromocytom),
  • if the prostate gland is enlarged with residual urine formation,
  • in epilepsy,
  • with potassium or magnesium deficiency,
  • in the event of slow heartbeat (bradycardia),
  • for certain heart diseases (congenital QT syndrome or other clinically significant heart damage, in particular circulatory disorders of the coronary arteries, arousal disorders, arrhythmias),
  • when the use of medicines, which also extend the so-called QT interval in the EKG or lead to hypocalaemia,
  • when taking alcohol or so-called "Mao inhibitors" (means of treating depression),
  • during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
  • Children and adolescents under the age of 18 should not receive the preparation.

dosage

The duration of the treatment should be as short as possible. It should generally only be a few days and do not exceed 2 weeks. If you have continuous sleep disorders, please see a doctor!

Recommendations:
Take the medicinal product with sufficient liquid, e.g. B. a large glass of water, a
Take one or two dragees about 30 minutes before going to bed and make sure that a sufficient sleeping time (7-8 hours) is guaranteed in order not to endanger the performance on the following day
The intake of Vivinox® Sleep Sleeping Dragees should only take place over a short period of time without medical supervision and never exceed two weeks
Only suitable for adults from the age of 18!

Taking

• To take.
• The drages are taken to the dragees in the evening 30 minutes before going to bed with a little liquid (water).
• A sufficient sleeping time (7 - 8 hours) should then be guaranteed.

Patient information

• Special caution is required if you suffer from one of the following diseases:
  • restricted liver function
  • chronic lung diseases or asthma
  • certain gastric dysfunction (pylorus stenosis or achalasia of cardia)
  • After repeated sleeping pills over a longer period of time, there may be a loss of effectiveness (tolerance).
  • As with other sleeping pills, taking the drug can lead to the development of physical and mental dependence. The risk of dependency increases with the dose and the duration of the treatment. This risk is also increased in patients with alcohol, drug or drug addiction in the history.
  • When ending treatment with the preparation, sleep disorders can temporarily reappear. It is therefore recommended to end the treatment by gradual reduction in the dose.

 

• Wateriness and operating machines:
  • After taking the preparation, no vehicles may be managed or dangerous machines may be operated. On the following day, too, residual fatigue and impaired reaction capacity can have a negative impact on the ability to drive or the ability to work with machines, especially after inadequate sleeping time.

Pregnancy

• The medicine must not be taken during pregnancy and lactation.

- Medicines of this kind should only be used for sleep disorders of significant severity.
- A doctor must be visited for continuing sleep disorders.
- After repeated medicine of this kind, a loss of effectiveness can occur.
- As with other drugs of this kind, the intake of the development of physical and mental dependence can lead. The risk of dependency increases with the amount and duration of the treatment and is also increased in patients with alcohol, medicine or drug addiction in the history.
- When ending treatment, sleep disorders can temporarily reappear. It is therefore recommended to end the treatment by step by gradual reduction in the amount.
- After ingestion, no vehicles may be managed or dangerous machines may be operated. Also on the following day, sleepiness and impaired reaction capacity can still have a negative impact on the ability to drive or the ability to work with machines. This applies in particular to inadequate sleeping time or in interaction with alcohol.
- The drug may lead to incorrect test results for hypersensitivity tests and should therefore be discontinued at least 3 days in advance.
