Miscellaneous

- The regular efforts of paracetamol over months and years can lead to untreatable damage to the kidney function (analgesic nephropathy, possibly with death), which may require lifelong blood laundry (hemodialysis).
- The same effects are not known for caffeine.
- In combination paracetamol and caffeine, an additional risk of kidney damage is not known.
