Vitamin K 1 60 µg GPH capsules
Vitamin K belongs to the group of fat-soluble vitamins. It comes in different forms. Plants produce something called phylloquinone, or K1, which can be absorbed through food. Vitamin K1 is produced by plants, especially green leafy vegetables (e.g. spinach) and cabbage, and is also found in fruits such as strawberries and tomatoes. Vitamin K also gets into meat, liver and milk via the food chain. It is also found in wheat, beans, etc. Vitamin K1 60 μg GPH capsules contain 60 μg of vitamin K1 in a hard gelatin capsule.
