What is vitamin B12 and where can I find it?
Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin that the human body cannot produce itself and must therefore obtain sufficient amounts from food. Sources of vitamin B12 in our diet are primarily animal foods, e.g. muscle meat, fish, eggs and dairy products. Plant-based foods, on the other hand, only contain small amounts of this essential vitamin.

What is special about BjökoVit Vitamin B12 and who should take it?
We have used the biologically active coenzyme of B12 in the form of methylcobalamin for our vegan capsules. It does not have to be reshaped by the human body and is therefore optimally offered for the metabolism!

Vitamin B12 is particularly important for vegetarians and vegans, as they receive insufficient amounts of vitamin B12 from their diet.
