1 ampoule (2 ml) injection solution contains the active ingredient:
Cyanocobalamine 1000 µg

The other components are: sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid 10% for pH value adjustment, water for injection purposes.

Application areas:
Vitamin B12 deficiency, which cannot be remedied in terms of nutrition.
Vitamin B12 deficiency can comment in the following clinical pictures:
- Hyperchrom macrocytic megaloblast anemia (Perniciosa, Biermer anemia, Addison-Anemia),
- Funicular spinal disease.
A laboratory diagnostically secured vitamin B12 deficiency can occur with:

• Years of deficiency and malnutrition (e.g. by strict vegetarian food).
• Malabsorption through
- Insufficient production of intrinsic factor,
- Diseases in the end section of the Ileum, e.g. B. Sprue,
- Fish bandwurm infestation or
- Blind loop syndrome.
• Congenital vitamin B12 transport disorders.

Warnings: contains sodium chloride. Note leaflet.

Field of use

Vitamin B12-Loges injection solution ampoules (pack size: 10x2 ml) is a vitamin preparation that contains vitamin B12 in the form of cyanocobalamine.

It is used for vitamin B12 deficiency, which cannot be remedied in terms of nutrition. Vitamin B12 deficiency can comment in the following clinical pictures: Hyperchrome macrocytic megaloblast anemia (Perniciosa, Biermer anemia, Addison Anemia; These are maturation disorders of the red blood cells). Funicular spinal diseases (spinal cord damage).

1 ampoule (2 ml) contains the active ingredient: cyanocobalamine 1000 μg
Note: Cyanocobalamin belongs to the group of fabrics, which summarizes as "Vitamin B12". The other components are: Sodium chloride, water for injection purposes, hydrochloric acid 10 % for pH value adjustment

Use Vitamin B12-Loges injection solution Ampullen (pack size: 10x2 ml) Always apply exactly after instruction in this package insert.
Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure. At the beginning of the treatment, 1 ml of vitamin B12-Loges® injection solution is administered twice a week in the first few weeks after diagnosis (1 ml correspond to 500 μg cyanocobalamine).
With proven vitamin B12 recording disorder in the intestine, 100 μg cyanocobalamine are then administered once a month.
Vitamin B12-Loges® injection solution is usually administered intramuscularly (injected into a muscle). However, it can also slowly be intravenously or subcutaneously sprayed (in a vein or under the skin).
Broched ampoules must be rejected. Duration of the application: Vitamin B12-Loges® injection solution is intended for longer use. Please ask your doctor.
