Ingredients: Lactose (= milk sugar), capsule shell: gelatin, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, cyanocobalamin (0.008% vitamin 812). One capsule contains 40 micrograms of vitamin B 12. This corresponds to 1600% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin B 12 for an adult (= 16 times the daily requirement).

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, this product should not be used.
