Dietary supplement with all eight B vitamins

The vitamin B complex includes eight independent, water-soluble vitamins. They have central functions in many metabolic processes and must be regularly and sufficiently ingested through food.

Except for vitamin B12 and vitamin B3, the human body cannot store the vitamins, but relies on a regular supply through food. B vitamins are found in foods such as meat (especially beef, pork, and poultry liver), grains, dairy products, vegetables, and potatoes.

Due to an unbalanced diet with fast food and ready-made products, in the case of unbalanced mono-diets, in the case of older people, vegetarians and vegans, an additional supply of B vitamins to food makes sense.
