The capsules provide me with additional vitamin K2. I eat a vegan diet, so getting enough vitamin K1 isn't really a problem, but vitamin K2 is mainly found in animal foods. I'm glad that I can cover my needs for this important vitamin with the capsules.

It arrived quickly (as usual) and the first impression was very positive. The impression remains, and there are reasons for it. This product also includes K1 and K2-Mk4 in addition to the important K2 Mk7, which is pleasing. So I can recommend it, there - vegan - high coverage of daily requirements - tasteless because capsule - easy to swallow - great price/performance - Made in Germany - Everything in it - Only 1 capsule per day - Lasts 120 days

Inexpensive and productive. With this can of Q10 you have a 4 month supply of capsules. The capsules are tasteless and odorless and are really easy to swallow. So well suited for daily consumption. I also particularly like that the capsules are vegan, so there are no gelatine shells.

Because vitamin K is of great importance for our health, it has received little attention so far .
