I am very satisfied with this B12 vitamin preparation: I think the high dosage of vitamin B12 is appropriate. It's also good that you only have to take a single tablet per day; This is sometimes not the case with other manufacturers, so the daily costs for such a preparation are ultimately higher. But here you get a product that is sufficient for a full 6 months. I also think it's worth mentioning that the tablets are vegan - a not insignificant fact these days. Overall, I can only recommend these vitamin B12 tablets!

The latest studies say that you should take 500-1000ug of vitamin B12 daily as a treatment to strengthen the immune system and for fatigue. Since both apply to me, I ordered the capsules. They are easy to swallow. I've been taking 1x1 capsules for a few weeks (3x1 seems too high for me) and I feel fitter and livelier. ? The can lasts for 3 months. I think this is good value for money. I can recommend it.

I bought the product because I'm currently under a lot of stress at work. Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to poor concentration and fatigue. To prevent this, I have recently started taking vitamin B12 regularly. I feel like it makes me feel more alert and fitter during the day. Methylcobalamin, which this preparation contains, is said to have the highest bioavailability of all forms. The high dose of 1,000 µg is ? like I read ? Not intended for long-term care, but for a course of treatment over 3-6 months (but with NEM the recommendations vary greatly anyway). What I also always pay attention to is that the NEM are manufactured according to high quality standards (here: Made in Germany) and that they are free of unnecessary additives such as magnesium stearate. I think the price-performance ratio is fair.
