I chose Vitamaze again because I already had good experiences (tolerance) with other products. The dose seems just right. Whether it really helps will become apparent in the next few weeks when the sports program is implemented.

I think this product was great, I already had others in which I had to take 4 capsules a day to get my desired amount. For me as a vegan, the capsules are suitable and the cheap magnesium sterneat is not included in it. Gladly again.

I got the product because I heard that it is supposed to stimulate fat metabolism or limit free fatty acids after eating and not store them in visceral or subcutaneous fat. In short, it should help you lose weight. The tablets are easy to swallow, the dosage is well chosen, I take them with a glass of water. So you hardly notice that it was a tablet. I can say one thing about the effect: I am pleasantly surprised; they are a good addition to your normal food intake. However, if you want to lose weight, you first have to create a calorie deficit. I support it and will also take the product. I am satisfied with the price/performance ratio.
