Field of use

The device is intended for non -invasive measurement of the systolic and diastolic blood pressure, determining the pulse rate and calculating the pulse pressure in adults.

The device uses the oscillometric method for blood pressure and pulse measurement. The cuff is connected to the device and put on the arm. A sensor measures the small pressure oscillations that are generated by expanding and pulling the arteries with every heartbeat. The amplitude of the pressure waves is measured, converted into millimeter mercury column (MMHG) and displayed on the display as a digital value.
