I've been eating vegan for several months and now realize how important it is to supplement some nutrients. As a vegan, it is particularly important to make sure you get enough vitamin B12. With the VIRISOLIS vitamin B complex I can ideally cover all other B vitamins in addition to vitamin B12. A great product!

I think Virisolis has a good price/performance ratio (semi-annual pack) and the capsules contain all the B vitamins in sufficient quantities.
