I was allowed to test the tablets free of charge. I think the composition is optimal - vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and calcium - everything a woman over 50 needs. The tablets are tasteless and well tolerated. I feel more vital, have more energy and my mood has also improved - it's actually always in the basement for me when there's no sunshine for more than a week. The only drawback is that the tablets are unfortunately a bit too big and are not always easy to swallow.
