Field of use
Verrucid (package size: 10 ml) has a corneal -loading effect. So you can easily treat annoying chicken eyes or warts. The solution is easy to apply to the areas to be treated. A white, elastic film forms on the affected skin area. From now on, the active ingredients can specifically develop their detaching effect.
Mode of action
The salicylic acid contained in Verrucid (pack size: 10 ml) has a bacterial steading and corneal. Castor oil serves as a binder.

Contradictions
- The preparation must not be used
- in case of hypersensitivity to salicylic acid, salicylates or other components of the drug.
- It should not be used in infants and in patients with renal failure.
- There must be no mucous membranes, in particular a contact with the eyes must be avoided.
dosage
- Always apply the medicine exactly according to the instruction. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.
- Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
- The preparation is applied twice a day to the skin areas to be treated.
- The solution is applied to warts, chicken eyes and horn calls. The preparation is to be applied daily. The existing pyroxylin film should be removed before each new application. The preparation only works on the outside and must not be taken. When applying, make sure that the solution does not flow to the healthy skin.
- After successful therapy, you should continue to be treated for 1 week. The average duration of use is 6 weeks.
- Experience with children is limited. For safety reasons, the maximum daily dose of 1 ml solution should therefore not be exceeded and the total duration of use should be limited to a maximum of 6 weeks.
- Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect is too strong or too weak.
- If you have used a larger amount than you should
- As a countermeasure, it is advisable to immediately wash away the excess -applied medicine with warm water.
- If you have forgotten the application
- Do not applied the double dose, but continue the treatment, as intended.
- If you cancel the application
- If the medicine is stopped prematurely, the horneliness disorder can continue to exist.
- If you have any further questions about the application of the drug, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

- Warnings and Precautions
- Particular caution is required if the preparation is applied near inflammation and wounds. If the eyes and mucous membranes come into contact with the medicine, should be rinsed with water.
- The preparation must not be used in the face or genital area.
- Warts are transferable! In order to prevent infection spread, your own towel should never be passed on to others for us. Do not go barefoot if the foot warts exist.
- Wateriness and operating machines

Pregnancy
- Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using all medicines.
- The medicine should not be used during pregnancy, except for an area of less than 5 cm2.
- Furthermore, it should not be applied to the breast of breastfeeding mothers. If the doctor considers regular treatment of large skin areas to be necessary, it must be stopped at an early stage, since risks due to a lack of detoxification in newborns cannot be ruled out.
