Field of use

• The preparation is a vegetable medicine for calming down.
• It is used for unrest and nervous sleep disorders.
• If these symptoms last for more than 2 weeks or worsen, you must definitely see a doctor.

Contradictions

• The preparation must not be taken,
  • if you are hypersensitive (allergic) against lemon balm, valerian, passion flower or one of the other components.

dosage

• Always take the preparation exactly according to the instruction. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.
• Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
  • For adults and adolescents over 12 years:
    • to treat restlessness up to 3 times a day 2 excess tablets - to treat nervous nervous sleep disorders 2 excessive tablets a 1/2 to 1 hour before bed.
    • If necessary, you can also take 2 covered tablets earlier in the course of the evening.
    • The application in children under the age of 12 is not sufficiently examined and is therefore not recommended.
    • The single dose of 2 excessive tablets corresponds to 1.13 g of milking leaves; 1.13 g valerian root and 0.96 g passion flower herb.

 

• Duration of the application
  • In principle, the duration of the drug is not limited.
  • If the symptoms over 2 weeks or worsening, you have to consult a doctor.
  • Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect is too strong or too weak.

 

• If you have taken a larger amount than you should
  • If you accidentally took twice or three times the intended dosage (corresponds to 4 - 6 tablets) of this drug, this usually has no adverse consequences. In this case, continue taking as described or prescribed by your doctor. If you have significantly overdosed this medicine, you should consult a doctor.

 

• If you forgot to take it:
  • Do not take the double dose, but use the intake or application as stated or was prescribed by your doctor.

 

• If you stop taking:
  • There are no special steps required.

Taking

• To take.
• Do not take the preparation while lying down.
• Please take the medicine with sufficient liquid (preferably 1 glass of drinking water).

Patient information

  • Children
    • There is no sufficient examinations for use in children. Therefore, taking children under the age of 12 is not recommended.

 

• Wateriness and operating machines
  • You should not sit down to the tax of a motor vehicle up to 2 hours after taking the preparation, operate machines or carry out work without a secure hold, because your reaction can also be impaired even if used as intended. This applies to an increased degree in interaction with alcohol.

Pregnancy

• Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking all drugs.
• So far, there have been no indications of risks during pregnancy and during breastfeeding from the widespread use of valerian root, lemon blades and passion flower herb as medicinal products, but the results of experimental studies are not available. You should therefore not take this medicine during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
