1. Can you take Tromcardin® Complex with other medication?
Yes, you can combine Tromcardin® Complex with all medication, no intolerance is known. Exception: However, caution should be exercised when taking pharmaceuticals that reduce potassium excretion, and the doctor should be asked here before taking it.
2. Can you take Tromcardin® Complex during pregnancy or lactation?
There are no restrictions on this because it is a food (accounted diet). However, we do not have any special data.
3. What side effects can be expected when taking Tromcardin® Complex?
Since Tromcardin® Complex is a food (accounted diet) and no medicine is known. As with all foods, however, intolerances or allergic reactions (with allergy to one of the ingredients it contains) can occur.
4. Can you overdose potassium?
The daily dose recommended by the German Nutrition Society (DGE) are 4 g potassium. With oral admission and healthy kidneys, overdose is in the nutritional area, i.e. H. With (dietary) foods, hardly possible because the kidneys excrete excess potassium again. With limited kidney function or taking potassium -saving diuretics when taking potassium, caution should be exercised, the doctor should be asked here before taking it. The quantities of folic acid and vitamin B12 contained in Tromcardin® Complex correspond to the diet regulation and food law. No overdoses are known for vitamin B12. In folic acid, overdose reactions with a dose of 15,000 μg per day and intake can occur over a longer period of time (4 weeks). The safe daily daily amount for synthetic folic acid is 1,000 μg, because oversupply can cover a lack of vitamin B12. With a combined administration, as with Tromcardin® Complex, this risk is not given. April 2018
