THIOCTACID 600 T solution for injection, 5X24 ml

I have had type I diabetes for 54 years. Because of diabetic polyneuropathy - especially of the heart - I used to receive Thioctacid T600 infusions twice a week for over 14 years and then had no further complications or problems. Then the drug was no longer covered by the health insurance company. Now my eyes have deteriorated drastically, I have diabetes. Macular edema, intensive treatment for 1 year, lasers, injections, operations - no improvement. My polyneuropathy has gotten worse, especially in the heart. I bought the 10 pack of T600 ampoules as a last hope and after the first 5 infusions once a day, my racing heart and the discomfort in my hands and feet disappeared, and after today's examination my eyes have suddenly completely healed. I can see and read clearly again. Therefore, I will continue to buy this alpha lipoic acid myself and have it given to my family doctor as an infusion regularly twice a week for maintenance.
