Bei ersten Erkältungsanzeichen (Halsweh, Ohrenschmerzen, Schnupfen o.ä.) hilft schon 1 Tablette täglich und ein paar Tage lang genommen, und die Symptome verschwinden. Man muß allerdings gleich mit der Einnahme anfngen. Deshalb habe ich gerne 1 Päckchen auf Vorrat. Und der Preis ist auch akzeptabel.
