SymbioLact^® pure - support for the intestines and intestinal flora - also for allergy sufferers

SymbioLact^® pur is a dietary supplement with biotin and lactic acid-forming bacteria, which is free of lactose, gluten and milk protein.

Our gut is the largest interface in our body. It is how food and liquids get in and out of our body. At the same time, pollutants and pathogens must be prevented from entering the body. The intestinal mucosa plays an important role in maintaining this barrier function of the intestine. In addition, we find a large number of microorganisms in the intestines, which together form the intestinal flora.

SymbioLact^® pure contains 30 µg biotin per sachet, which contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.

SymbioLact^® pure contains two strains of lactic acid-forming bacteria with a total activity of at least 10 billion CFU per sachet:
• Lactobacillus acidophilus,
• Bifidobacterium bifidum, subs. lactis

Many products containing lactic acid bacteria contain various allergens. Symbiolact^® pur is free of lactose, gluten and milk protein and can therefore also be consumed by allergy sufferers.

Application:
SymbioLact^® pure should be taken once a day with a meal. To do this, pour the contents of one sachet into a glass, add non-carbonated water, stir and drink with the main meal. Note: Fruit juices are not suitable for making the drink.

The recommended daily dose is 1-2 capsules and should not be exceeded.

Composition:
A sachet of pure SymbioLact^® contains: • 30.0 µg Biotin - Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes. • 72.0 mg Lactobacillus acidophilus (LA-5^®) • 19.0 mg Bifidobacterium bifidum, subsp. lactis (BB-12^®)

The amount of biotin contained corresponds to 60% of the reference amount for daily intake according to LMIV (food information regulation).

I make a drink with the powder every day. Since I've been drinking it, my gut has felt so much better. The intestinal flora is supported by the helpful bacteria and it is well tolerated.
