Field of use

• The preparation contains salicylic acid and is a peeling (keratolytic) for the treatment of the scalp diseases.
• It is suitable for solving scales and crusts in scalp diseases such as psoriasis (psoriasis) of the head, dermatitis seborrhoides capitis (scalp of the scalp) and pityriasis sicca (brick, dry scaling).

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be used,
  • if you have a proven hypersensitivity to the active ingredient salicylic acid or against one of the other components.
• Children up to the age of 12 as well as in patients with renal failure should be excluded from the treatment.

dosage

• Always apply this medicine as described or exactly after the agreement made with your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• If only individual herds are:
  • Affected, they are specifically treated with a correspondingly lower amount. In the event of very strong scales and crusts, treatment can be initiated at short notice with a daily application. In the case of dry and sensitive scalp, it is advisable to reduce the frequency of application to 1 - 2 times weekly application in order to reduce local irritation symptoms.
  • If necessary, the hair should be parted beforehand. With dry and sensitive scalp, it is advisable to limit the duration of use to 10 minutes.
• The application should take place over a period of at least 3 to 4 weeks. To maintain the success of the treatment, the further treatment is recommended in longer periods of time (once a week or fortnightly).
• The frequency of the application depends on the type and severity of the clinical picture and the skin reaction.

 

• If you have used a larger amount than you should
  • Skin irritation can occur during use. Then reduce the number of applications and ask your treating doctor to proceed.

 

• If you have forgotten the application
  • Do not apply twice the amount if you have forgotten the previous application.

 

• If you cancel the application
  • Please discuss the further procedure with your doctorisse because the success of treatment is at risk.

Taking

• Carefully apply the gel directly to the dry or moistened scalp and massage it easily. If necessary, the hair should be parted beforehand. The exposure time of at least 10 minutes should be extended to a maximum of 30 minutes depending on the severity of the scale and crust formation. Then the gel is rinsed out with warm water. With dry and sensitive scalp, it is advisable to limit the duration of use to 10 minutes.

  • 1. Carefully apply the gel directly to the dry or moistened scalp and massage it easily.
