Dosage: 15 - 30 ml of infusion concentrate on 1l of water.
Breastfeeding and effect:
Herb-acidic.
Revitalized and stimulated.
Creates an atmosphere of concentration and attention. Thoughts of the Mediterranean, Florida or California are awake, sun, warmth and sea.
Origin and history:
Originally, the up to a 6 m high evergreen, bedrupted tree comes from Asia. Probably as part of Alexander's campaigns of the Great (356 - 323 BC), the lemon came to the Mediterranean, where they met the crusaders. The lemon in Northern Europe is only known from the 14th century.
