it's enough to take just one capsule a day with a glass of water, I think the early 50s is a good age to start taking it, I would have liked to have started taking it earlier, but unfortunately I didn't know how important spermidine is in the aging process until a few months ago.

SPermidine is essential for cell renewal in old age, which is why I take these capsules, which are very well dosed.

the older you get, the less spermidine your body can produce itself. I also personally find it very difficult to find “tasty” foods that contain spermidine. These tablets helped me a lot and also made things easier for me. You only need one capsule a day, I know other manufacturers where you had to take several capsules a day, which is a disadvantage for me.

It's a shame that I already bought a 60-pack from my local pharmacist at the normal price, otherwise I could have saved a lot of money. And I still saved a lot because with Spermidine Köhler 60 capsules last for two months, as you only need one capsule for 1 mg of spermidine. With the other manufacturers, 60 capsules only last for 1 month or even less.
