Sovita relax® calming dragee with valerian hops
Active ingredients: 1 coated tablet contains: 187.5 mg dry extract of valerian root (5.3-6.6:1), Extraction agent: methanol 45% (m⁄m), 45.0 mg dry extract from hop cones (5.5–6.5:1), Extraction agent: water.
Description: Many people know only too well how strain and stress in everyday life lead to restlessness and difficulty falling asleep. Mild herbal remedies are often the first choice. The calming and sleep-inducing effects of valerian and hops are well known. The combination of both plants is very helpful.
