Black cumin (Nigella sativa) belongs to the buttercup family (Ranunculaceae) and is native to North Africa, southern Europe and the Near East. The cold-pressed oil from this spice plant has a slightly bitter, strongly spicy taste and an aromatic, peppery smell.

Black cumin oil plus capsules contain 450 mg black cumin oil per capsule combined with vitamin E, beta-carotene, pantothenic acid, folic acid and biotin.
