Suggested Use
How does it work? We've made the SlimFast plan as simple as 3.2.1:
Choose 3 bags per day (e.g., fruit or vegetables), enjoy 2 SlimFast Shakes, and eat a meal containing up to 600 kcal (800 kcal for men).

Also, drink at least 2 liters of water per day and aim to be physically active for about 30 minutes daily. If your fitness allows, you should increase your activity to 60 minutes per day.
