The Sissel pillow itself is great, I've been using it since 1996. It's lasted 10 years. Unfortunately, the last cushion from Sissel was a failure, bought in 2016 and the foam rubber, which is different than before, became totally crumbly and dark.

I bought this Sissel neck pillow soft (viscoelastic) back in 2010. I had a painful inflammation in my shoulder at the time, and I was finally able to sleep with it at night again. This neck pillow was taken on every vacation trip! Due to material fatigue, I need a new neck pillow.
