Ingredients:
Nettle leaves (Eastern Europe), caraway seeds (Europe, Asia), chamomile flowers (Europe), Krauseminzblätter (Africa, Europe, USA), rosehip shells (Chile, China, Europe), rosemary (Europe, North Africa), Thyme (Europe)

Nutritional value:

Preparation:
1 filter bag for 1 cup (approx. 150 ml). With boiling Pour water, let it steep for 5 - 10 minutes. Squeeze out the bag weakly and take out.
