Instructions for use

The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist.

How to use?
Prepare the tea and drink it immediately. Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over the tea and let the infusion steep for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

Duration of use?
You should not use the medicine for longer than 3 days without medical advice if symptoms have not improved after this time. If symptoms persist or recur regularly, you should consult your doctor.

Overdose?
There are no known symptoms of overdose. If in doubt, consult your doctor.

How does the active ingredient in this medicine work?

The ingredients come from the agrimony plant and act as a natural mixture. About the plant itself:

- Appearance: Perennial, approximately waist-high plant with narrow, hairy pinnate leaves; Small, yellow flowers form slender spikes
- Occurrence: Europe, North Asia, North America
- Main ingredients: Catechin tannins (agrimoniin), flavonoids (luteolin)
- Plant parts and preparations used: mainly extracts of the dried herb.
Tanning agents such as agrimoniin can inhibit the growth of bacteria and viruses by precipitating microbial proteins. They also interact with the body's own proteins, which then form a protective layer over the (mucous) membrane, thus protecting the body from excessive water loss. This layer also prevents bacteria and other germs from penetrating small injuries to the skin.
