Sidroga^® Bio pregnancy tea,
Herbal tea mixture

Ingredients:
Lemon grass, lemon balm leaves, peppermint leaves, chamomile, carrots, red Betet, ginger root, All ingredients used come from controlled organic cultivation.

Nutritional value:
Seat value below 50 kJ (12 kcal) in 100 ml and per serving (150ml)

Preparation:
1 filter bag for 1 cup (approx. 150 ml). With boiling water Pour in, let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Squeeze out the bag weakly And take out.

Recommended amount of drinking:
1-2 cups distributed throughout the day.

According to the list of ingredients, the tea contains licorice root and is therefore NOT SUITABLE for pregnant women. It also contains raspberry leaves, which should only be consumed after the 35th week of pregnancy. It is not a unified tea during pregnancy!

For me the tea has little taste. And I didn't notice any benefit during pregnancy.

I always feel a bit unsure about choosing tea now that I'm pregnant. With this tea I can be sure that the herbs are specially selected for pregnant women. The tea is very digestible.
