Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, drink a cup of tea infusion or cold extracts up to 4 times a day.

Draw time
Tea infusion: 10 to 15 minutes; Cold extract: for several hours, then heat

Preparation:
Preparation tea infusion:
1 to 2 filter bags Sidroga Bear grape leaves are poured with boiling water (approx. 150 ml), left about 10 to 15 minutes and the filter bags are removed.

Preparation Cold extract:
1 to 2 filter bags Sidroga Bear grape leaves are set with cold water (approx. 150 ml) and left with occasional switching. After removing the filter bags, the extract is briefly heated to the boil.

I drink this tea for/against bladder infections. In terms of taste, it's not that great, but it's supposed to help and not primarily taste good. You get used to it eventually. I certainly have the impression that it helps against bladder infections, although you probably shouldn't drink it too often. I usually try to drink this tea at the first sign of a bladder infection. It alleviates the symptoms considerably.
