Selenium is an important trace element and with the help of the capsules I can finally take it in sufficient quantities. As for the capsules themselves: There are 100 capsules in a pack and they are vegetarian and gluten-free. If you take one capsule a day, one pack lasts for more than three months, which I think is very good considering the price.
