Selenium is an important trace element, and with the help of these capsules, I can finally get enough of it.Regarding the capsules themselves: there are 100 capsules in a pack, and they are vegetarian and gluten-free.At one capsule per day, one pack lasts for more than three months, which I think is excellent considering the price.
