Aurica black cumin oil is obtained from the seed of the plant of the same name Nigella Sativa L.. The fat, green -brown oil with a slightly sharp taste is characterized by an exceptionally high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic acid. This contributes to maintaining a normal cholesterol. However, the body cannot form these fatty acids itself. Usually they are fed to the body through food.
