Application:
Trim if necessary. Cut along the outline that fits your shoe size or refer to the original insole of your shoes. For best results, remove the existing shoe inserts and replace with the Scholl Gel Activ™ Insoles, GEL side DOWN. Change insoles when they show signs of wear. We recommend changing every six months.
