I did the juice treatment (fruity) for the first time in Seltember 2016 with the aim of detoxification/purification. I felt wonderful and fit during the treatment, the juice mix tastes great and the recipes are great and easy to cook. Since I've been consciously eating a vegetarian, wholesome diet for years, giving up sugar, white flour, meat, fast food, etc. wasn't difficult. Nevertheless, the effect of the treatment was: a very good body feeling! For those who want to change their diet in the long term, this treatment is an ideal opportunity to get started. Thanks to Schoenenberger, a wonderful company (teas, etc.)

The fruity juice tastes good as a base for the plant juices. I experienced all of the side effects listed in the leaflets for artichoke and nettle. I stopped the treatment; I had also lost some weight after some bad gastrointestinal problems. I wouldn't buy these juices again. One should not underestimate the side effects of herbal remedies.
