Type of application: for drinking and rinsing or gurgling after preparing a tea infusion.

Inner application for: Digestive complaints with slight cramps in the gastrointestinal area, feeling of fullness, bloating, increased welding secretion.

External application for: Inflammation of the oral and throat mucosa.

Contraindications: No known for applications of a tea infusion.

Instruction of dosage and kind of usage:
Unless otherwise prescribed, 3-toothed is drunk a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows: 1 teaspoon full (approx. 1.5 g) sage leaves is poured over with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and after about 10 to 15 minutes if necessary given by a tea strainer.

For use in the mouth-throat area, a tea infusion prepared as follows is rinsed or founded:
Pleased 1 ½ teaspoon full (approx. 2.5 g) sage leaves are poured over with boiling water (approx. 100 ml) and given by a tea strainer after about 10 to 15 minutes.

Duration of the application:
In the event of acute symptoms that last for more than a week or return periodically, consultation with a doctor is recommended.

Side effects:
No known when using a tea infusion.
