Aurica rosemary tea is a tart-spicy medicine from the dried leaves of "rosemary officinalis". Applied internally, it effectively counteracts indigestion such as feeling of fullness and flatulence and can stimulate appetite. A rosemary bath, on the other hand, stimulates and strengthens the circulation and helps to relieve symptoms such as joint and muscle pain associated with rheumatism and rheumatic diseases.

Composition: Incutable component: rosemary leaves

Dosage instructions and type of application: Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 cup of the tea infusion, which is prepared as follows, is drunk when the digestive complaints: 1 teaspoon of rosemary leaves (approx. 2 g) with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and about 10 pour on and about 10 - let it steep for 15 minutes.

For external use, an infusion of 50 g rosemary leaves and 1 l of water is first produced, which is then diluted to a full bath.

Duration of the application: In the event of complaints that last for more than 1 week or returned periodically, a doctor should be consulted.

Contraindications: In the case of tea infusions: For the application of rosemary leaves during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as in children under the age of 12, there is no sufficient examinations. Tea infusions from rosemary leaves must therefore not be drunk from this group of people.

As a bathroom: for major skin injuries and acute skin diseases, severe febrile and infectious diseases, heart insufficiency and hypertension, full baths should only be used regardless of the ingredient after consultation with a doctor.
