Notice:
In the event of complaints that last for more than 1 week or returned periodically, a doctor should be consulted.

Contraindies:
In the case of tea infusions: There are no sufficient examinations for the use of rosemary leaves during pregnancy and lactation as well as in children under 12 years. Tea infusions from rosemary leaves must therefore not be drunk from this group of people.

As a bath: for larger skin injuries and acute skin diseases, severe febrile and infectious diseases, heart suffice and hypertension, full baths, regardless of the ingredient, should only be used after consultation with a doctor.

Interactions by other means: no known.

Instruction of dosage and kind of usage:
Unless otherwise prescribed, a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows is drunk 3 times a day in the event of digestive complaints:
1 Teaspoon full (approx. 2 g) rosemary leaves is poured over with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and, if necessary, given by a tea sieve after about 10 to 15 minutes.

For external use, an infusion of 50 g rosemary leaves and 1 l of water is first produced, which is then diluted to a full bath.

Side effects: no known.
