Instructions for use

How to use?
Prepare the tea and drink it immediately. Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over the tea and let the infusion steep for approximately 10-15 minutes.

How does the active ingredient in the medicine work?

The ingredients come from the rosemary plant and act as a natural mixture. About the plant itself:
- Appearance: Evergreen shrub with upright branches bearing needle-like, aromatic leaves. The underside of the leaves is densely hairy. Small, blue-violet, lip-shaped flowers are found in the axils of the upper leaves.
- Occurrence: Mediterranean region and Portugal; cultivated in many countries
- Main ingredients: Cineole, alpha-pinene, camphor, and rosmarinic acid
- Plant parts and preparations used: Extracts and tinctures from the leaves and essential oil
By irritating the skin, rosemary oil applied externally promotes blood circulation. The tannins it contains (rosmarinic acid) inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi and reduce inflammation.
Internally, rosemary relieves cramps in the digestive tract and promotes bile production.
