La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo+M (pack size: 40 ml) is a cream against impure skin with niacinamide, Phylobioma and Procerad - against pimples, blackheads and to prevent pimple marks.

Mode of action

La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo+M (pack size: 40 ml) was developed using microbiome science and works effectively against pimples, blackheads and other skin imperfections. The new active ingredient ""Phylobioma"" has been scientifically proven to work specifically against the cause of impurities, reduces the overproduction of sebum and smoothes the complexion. Additionally, niacinamide helps fade the appearance of dark spots and pigmentation and soothes the skin.
