RHODIOLA-INTERCELL capsules, 60 pcs

I've been taking these capsules for quite a long time. After spending a long time researching the causes of my chronic fatigue, mood swings and burnout-like symptoms, I did an HPU test, which was clearly positive and was then recommended B-life Protect from Heidelberg Chlorella. This had a lasting positive effect. I got Intercell's Rhodiola as a free sample at a naturopath trade fair. I started with 2 a day and immediately noticed a difference, especially in my mood and levels of tension. Since then I have been much more relaxed and in a better mood, which is more in line with my nature ;-) Because the Rhodiola contains B vitamins, I was also able to reduce the B-Life Protect. I have now been able to reduce both to 1 capsule each day, but I still notice a difference if I forget or order too late. I can recommend anyone with HPU to try it out. And also those who suffer from symptoms of tiredness, exhaustion and nervous disorders. In my opinion, it can't hurt. Personally, I noticed a difference relatively quickly (within the first few days).

I bought the product on the recommendation of a colleague, but unfortunately I didn't notice any effect on me. It worked well for my colleague. I won't buy it again.
