i actually found 1l to be too much for the postpartum period, and I also found the smell too intense when the milk was engorged... but it's still nice that you're paying more attention to natural things again after having a baby. In the end, my grandma was very happy about the rescue spitz when she was in pain and helped her.

Belongs to my medicine cabinet! For inflammation and pain in the joints, just two compresses are enough and you can immediately notice the effect! For me it's the best thing there is. Even after joint replacement surgery, the swelling goes down quickly and is very beneficial! Works quickly for inflammation!!!
