I use the curd pads for painful joints or inflamed areas of skin. Both work great, the pads are simply practical.

My wife has knee arthrosis, and when she has flare-ups, these “pads” have a wonderful pain-relieving and, above all, anti-swelling effect. Grandma's old home recipes were really good, and I'm happy with how easily and quickly a curd wrap "à la Grandma" can be made today. We ALWAYS have one or two packs in the house...
