i think that this form of magnesium is very effective and also digestible, but you should take it according to the recommendation. Initially I only took it as needed, even taking 3 capsules at once in the evening. But then I broke out in a sweat. Since I started taking 3 x 1 capsules as recommended, this hasn't happened again.
