Vitamin C buffered - ideal for sensitive people
Vitamin C is probably one of the most well-known micronutrients. The water-soluble vitamin is constantly consumed in the body and must therefore be supplied daily with food. Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, intercepts free radicals and plays an important role in the formation of supporting and connective tissue.
Vitamin C as ascorbic acid can be poorly tolerated by people with sensitive digestion. Buffered vitamin C has an almost neutral pH value and is therefore not acidic for the stomach. The product is therefore gentle on the stomach and also provides the minerals calcium, magnesium and potassium for the electrolyte balance.
