Field of use

• This is a herbal medicine to improve prostate-related urinary difficulties.
• The medicine is used at
  • Complaints when urinating in the case of a benign enlargement of the prostate (micturition complaints in Benigner prostate hyperplasia stage I and II according to Alken or III to Vahlensieck).
• Notice:
  • Treatment should only be carried out after secure diagnosis under medical monitoring. This drug only improves the symptoms of an enlarged prostate without removing the enlargement. A consultation with the doctor is immediately necessary for blood in the urine, urinary tract infection, worsening of the symptoms or acute urinary retention.

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be taken if you
  • are hypersensitive to the active ingredient or one of the other components.

dosage

• Always take the medicine exactly according to the instruction. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.
• Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
  • Take 1 soft capsule once a day (1x 320 mg saw palm fruits thick extract).
  • Children and adolescents
    • The application is not intended for children and adolescents under the age of 18.

 

• Duration of the application
  • The practicing doctor will decide about the length of the treatments. Please note the information under application areas, precautions and interactions.
  • Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect is too strong or too weak.

 

• If you have taken a larger amount than you should
  • the gastrointestinal complaints mentioned under side effects can occur increased. The medicine should then be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted.

 

• If you forgot to take it,
  • at the next time you take the time you take no more than the prescribed capsule quantity.

 

• If you cancel the intake
  • The drug treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia is usually a permanent therapy. You should therefore definitely not take it without consulting your doctorbreak or end prematurely.

 

• If you have any further questions about the application of the drug, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Taking

• After eating, the medicine is to be taken with sufficient liquid (e.g. a glass of water).

Patient information

• Particular caution when taking it is required,
  • if you take certain other drugs at the same time (please also note the information under interactions).
    • Caution with simultaneous taking antiandrogens (e.g. finasteride or flutamide) or therapeutic androgenes.
    • Caution with simultaneous taking blood clotting drugs (e.g. ibuprofen, ASS or anticoagulants). Caution if you suffer from a disorder of blood clotting and for surgical or dental interventions.
    • Caution if you suffer from too high blood pressure. The blood pressure should be checked regularly.
  • Please search for your doctor at regular intervals, since the medicine does not remedy the enlargement of the prostate.
  • A medical examination for the early detection of prostate cancer should be carried out as a check before and regularly during treatment.

 

• Wateriness and operating machines
  • There are no special precautions required.

Pregnancy

During pregnancy and breastfeeding, you should only take medication after consultation with your doctor or pharmacist!
